Chris is a very trustworthy and hard worker. Chris came out the same day I called him. He gave me a free quote and even filled up my unit up with some more refrigerant, so we wouldn’t be stuck in an 80 degree mobile home while we waited on my landlord to give the okay to fix the problem. He was honest about everything and was very reasonable with his prices. It was a big job to do, and he handled it with no problem. I highly recommend Chris with Subzero!!

I had a positive experience. I was concerned by some the reviews but most of us don’t take the time to share when things go right… right?Cinch Home Warranty dispatched SubZero when the previous companies two repairs had not solved my cooling problem.SubZero made the repair recommendation and Cinch chose a different route. The repair was properly performed but that didn’t solve the issue. Cinch decided to replace another part… same story. Third time’s a charm. Cinch approved the repair plan that was originally drafted by SubZero; problem solved. I had the opportunity to observe SubZero work as a team on several occasions. They’re no more perfect than the rest of us but they dealt with the ridiculous Cinch Home Warranty Company while I picketed the local Sears Appliance Center, until the repair was authorized. I was super-angry and I knew it was the fault of Cinch. SubZero did a great job every (4) times. They even communicated very well with me, probably because I wasn’t being a jerk.I’ll request SubZero the next time the Sears techs are over scheduled.

Chris, the owner was very knowledgeable and a delightful person ¦ he came and did what was asked of him and more ¦. He and his company will always have my business and would/ will recommend him to anyoneâ ¦. He deserves more than the 5 star rating that I was able to giveâ ¦. SubZero saved the day!!!

I had no heat on a very cold and early Sunday morning, and Chris was nice enough to come out and fix our problem. It was beyond good customer service, and the price was reasonable.I would highly recommend, and will use him in the future.

Called Chris at Subzero when my furnace quit working during last cold spell. He came out and checked my system very thoroughly and found the problem. He order the part and kept me updated on it’s time of arrival. He came back the day he received the part and installed and checked for proper operation of the system.This day and time it is so good to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. Exceptional does not begin to describe the service that Chris provided. We just moved into our home and we had no history of the HVAC system.
